    We help to improve team communication through assessments and training. An authorized partner with Wiley, Kris is certified in DiSC communication style assessments to collaborate with team members to identify personal communication styles and develop strategies for enhancing team communication. Additionally, Kris is certified in Productive Conflict and Five Behaviors of Teams.

    Building a Dynamic Board

    We lead boards through an honest self-assessment to establish a baseline of effectiveness, identify gaps and create a plan to maximize the strengths of the individuals and group as a whole. During this process, Katalyst provides guidance on board roles and responsibilities; evaluates and recommends updates to by-laws and policies, based on best practices. This work enables a board to effectively govern and make strategic decisions while also providing oversight and accountability.
